本所近期發現有不法人士（Bincent Music）盜用本所名稱、商標及圖像，透過電子郵件向公司或個人發送「音樂版權侵權通知及停止非法使用要求」的信件。本所特此聲明，本所從未受該等不法人士委託，也從未以電子郵件方式發送侵權通知。

本所受客戶委託寄發通知時，均會由本所律師署名並加蓋本所印鑑。

請收到此類信件的收件者切勿輕信或點擊來源不明的信件中所附的任何檔案或連結，以免造成權益受損或個人資訊外洩。如接獲類似訊息，您可向本所進行查詢，或聯繫警政署反詐騙專線以進一步核實。

Our firm has recently become aware of a fraudulent entity operating under the name Bincent Music, unlawfully misusing our name, trademark, and logo to send emails to companies and individuals with the subject "Music Copyright Infringement Notice and Cease and Desist Demand."

We unequivocally state that our firm has no association with this fraudulent entity and has never issued infringement notices via email for them. All official notices sent by our firm on behalf of clients are signed by an attorney and bear our official seal for authentication.

We strongly advise recipients of such emails not to trust the contents or click on any attachments or links, as doing so may compromise your rights and personal information. If you encounter such messages, please contact our firm for verification or report the matter to the Anti-Fraud Hotline of the National Police Agency for further assistance.
